Our Services
Metal
Our metal roof installation is a very high-quality, and thoughtful process. We use a hidden fastener system to prevent the inevitable time when the screws back out or leak. This prevents roof maintenance in the future. All of our metal roofing panels are hooked on a cleat on the lower and in all valleys. Our ridge cap is hooked onto closure metal. We put the thought into selecting the correct accessory metal for each individual project. Every part of our Metal roof receives exceptional attention to detail.
Composition
All of our composition roofs we install, we can offer an incomparable 50 year non pro rated warranty. Whether we are installing a basic composition shingle or a high-end fifty year product, our installers are trained to install each product correctly per manufacturer specifications. We use coil nails to install composition shingles to ensure the wind warnings stay in effect. Ridge ventilation, ice. and water shield and synthetic underlayment is also standard on all of our composition roofs.
Low Slope
On any slope below 2:12, The correct roofing material to install is a low slope system. There are many products available but for many reasons we install the self adhering modified bitumen. This product offers the longest warranty beyond other modified bitumen products. Ranging between 15 and 25 years. Allowing the customer to choose what is in their budget and still have a great product. This system is self adhering, making it very safe to install. There are no open flame torches involved. We also offer commercial and residential silicone coatings.
Seamless Gutter
We offer seamless gutter in aluminum or steel, also available in a wide variety of colors.

Skylights
We can replace an existing skylight or cut in a new skylight into your roof while the re roofing process is in progress. We offer a wide variety from a fixed skylight to a solar powered, opening (fresh air) skylight.
